I am a business owner and entrepreneur, but I have many interest outside of business.
Mom to three adults that are living lives of their own, Gigi to my granddaughter, and Dog Mom to my Australian Labradoodle, Oakley. I live south of Charleston in a small community on a barrier island. I enjoy long walks on the beach with Oakley and occasionally I get on my mat for a yoga session. I love to learn new things…especially when it is tech related. For example, I’ve been “perfecting” the art of making sourdough since May 2022 with over 65 loafs made so far. Not as simple as you would think to make bread from scratch including the creation of my own starter, which I named “Patience”.
I also enjoy sewing and making handmade items from patterns that I create. Check out my shop where I sell some the items that I make. Currently, I am teaching myself Adobe Fresco with the aspiration of becoming a surface pattern designer. I think it will compliment the other skills I use when creating websites, logos and other digital collateral. I dream of one day creating my own designs for fabrics, wallpaper, cards and more.
